You need to provide an address abroad. The voting ballots can only be sent on the address that is outside Slovakia. Fill in the form online or send the application written on paper. It should contain your full name, birthday, address abroad and the number of your ID or passport.

European Parliament elections
Under the current rules, Slovakia does not allow voting from abroad. Citizens of Slovakia living abroad can vote in European elections only if they are present in Slovakia on the day of the election.
